Patricia A. Bayer, Fiscal Officer, term ends 3/31/12

     Pat Bayer and husband Jim have resided at 11703 Basswood Road in Bass Lake Community for over 37 years. Daughter Rebecca (Tom) Peric and grandchildren Rachel, James, Luke, Leo and Jonathan live in Middlefield. Son Daniel, daughter-in-law Michelle, and granddaughter Hayley live in Munson Township.     

     Pat's  involvement with the Township began in 1980 when she was appointed secretary to the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.  At that time she also worked extensively with the sexton to organize the cemetery records. 
In 1983, Pat was elected fiscal officer and took office in January 1984.  As the township fiscal officer, she takes minutes of all meetings and records all township transactions on the State of Ohio's Uniform Accounting Network, which includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll investments, and bank reconciliation. She is the township's Prevailing Wage Coordinator on township projects. Pat serves on the Archives Committee for the Geauga County Township Association and is a Board of Elections poll worker on voting days. To reach Pat call the fiscal office - 286-9312.
