Munson Township maintains two cemeteries, Fowlers Mill located at 12399 Fowlers Mill Road and Maple Hill 13480 Auburn Road, at the corner of Auburn and Butternut Roads. A new section was recently opened up at Fowlers Mill Cemetery, and adjacent land was purchased for future use. Drive past to see the beautiful black iron fencing that has been installed at both cemeteries. Inquiries should be directed to Sexton Paula Friebertshauser at the Munson Township office 440-286-9255. The township does a major cleanup each spring for Memorial Day and family members are asked to remove wreaths or decorations
by April 20 if they do not want them discarded. Memorial Day Services will be Monday, May 26 at 8:30 am at Maple Hill.
